Festival of Digital Narratives 2019

Participation fee

  • Until August 20: 820 DKK (c. 110 EUR) (EARLYBIRD)
  • After August 20: 1050 DKK (c. 140 EUR)

The price includes access to the event, lunch sandwich both days, and coffee breaks. It does not include any other meals, travel or hotel costs.


Registration is a contractual obligation. Please, make sure that the person in charge of the budget within your organization has approved your registration. Prices are indicated on the info page on and are exempt from tax.

Registrations are accepted in the order they are received and are subject to availability.

After submitting the registration form, you will receive acknowledgment of submission by email on August 21, 2019. (deadline for earlybird prices) If you don’t receive such an email within (remember to also check your spam filter) August 22, please get in touch with the Festival Moderator and Curator: Kåre Vedding Poulsen KPO(AT)


The invoice for the total fee (all registrants from the same organization) will be sent to your company. Payment is due by bank transfer to the account mentioned on the invoice upon receipt.

Cancellation and refunds

Registration fees cannot be refunded. However, your organization may send an alternative delegate.

The organizers will make every effort not to cancel the event at a short notice. However, should unforeseen circumstances make it unavoidable, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event prior to the starting date.

In the event of a cancellation by the organizers, participants will be notified and any fee paid will be refunded in full. The organizers cannot be held liable for any travel expenses, other expenses or any consequential loss arising from such a cancellation.
