To acess the program group site you need to be a member of the program group. If you're on the program group address list of the correct group you're automatically a member, if not you need to contact the NVS to ask to be included.

To register your new project ideas you follow the link in the Shortcut-menu at your Program Group Page. Fill out the form using the ?-icons for more information on the fields. Fields marked with an asterix (*) are mandatory.

Any additional information on your project should be distributed by e-mail or handed out at the meeting. Remember to cc: your contact person in the NVS who will post the information on your Program Group Pages (Neste møte).

From the list in My Projects you can edit your projects directly (the pencil-icon).

When you have a partner show definite interest for the project it should be moved to the 'in production' phase (Move to next phase / Save). To save your project in this fase the fields Rights og Contract are mandatory. When the program has been aired and there are no additional late participants interested, the project should be archived (Save and move to archive).

You can't edit your archived projects even though you can see them in My Projects. To activate an archived project, contact the NVS.

As the owner of a project you can hide it from anyone but your fellow project group members by checking the Confidental box. Users who aren't logged in can only see the projects that aren't In production or marked Confidential.
